When no position works, throw the pillows at the wall and listen to the noises around you magnified by silence.

Allow your mind to wander and your brain to ponder for a brief moment.

Quickly get to your feet – sleeping is the last thing you need tonight.

Get to work.

Do something truly important to you- that which really…really needs your attention.

Perhaps sleep will creep in to hinder you from doing that which is really important to you.

Once again hit the bed.

  1. There was a time I suffered from insomnia. I’m happy it’s gone now. Nowadays when I can’t sleep, I start counting numbers or way a movieπŸ˜‚. It really works for me


    1. Count numbers! Never thought about that. πŸ˜‚. Great you found something that works. What works for me is reading, writing or praying, I’m likely to doze off after some minutes.
