“Poetry Is What Is Lost In Translation…”

Hello lovely ones! How are you all doing? Today is my poetry day. I couldn’t make a post but I find the quotes on poetry below powerful. Some are funny😁. Hope you enjoy them. 🤗

Poetry is what is lost in translation. It is also what is lost in interpretation.” Robert Frost

“If poetry comes not as naturally as the leaves to a tree it had better not come at all.” – John Keats

“You will never be alone with a poet in your pocket.” – John Adams

Immature poets imitate; mature poets steal. – T. S. Eliot

  1. “Poetry is the new era of writing; as you can use four stanzas comprising a poem
that convey what it take a book to manifest,
and with the materialization of the internet and google
readers become bore with long drawn out
book endings conveyed in poetry referred to as shortcut
    to enjoyment in reading!” _-

  2. Those who create poetry
    must not try
    may not cry
    as many writing books do
but poets must tell a 100 stories in 1 poem so to speak!
